Many hours and many vet visits are part of the responsibility of breeding.  We don't cut corners, we treat the pugs as our children, going to great lengths to ensure healthy, happy pugs.  We do this out of love for the breed and we are going to ensure that our pugs go to great homes.  The fees are carefully calculated based on what costs have gone into the entire process of breeding the litter.  As you may have read before, pugs require around-the-clock care when very young and detailed care throughout their lives.  We encourage you to do your research on the breed and use caution when you see a "purebred" for an "unbelievable" price.  There are many different prices online but there are a multitude of expenses and countless hours that go into one single litter.  There are also different blood lines and genetic considerations.  We breed for health and temperament and strive for pugs that will have long, healthy lives in their pet homes.  Pugs are a true commitment but bring so much joy to each and every family and we are ecstatic to be a part of the process.
